ChamExpress has been successfully delivering transfers to thousands of customers each year for over ten years.
We recognised the need to reach your ski resort in the best time and at the best value, and always strive to offer the most competitive price and reliable service.
Recently, we were acquired by ALSA, part of the National Express group. With this move we have already implemented massive improvements and vehicle investments, as well as new customer service teams and additional services.
Our Team
Our office team is based just five minutes from the airport.Our core team consists of long-term employees who know the transfer and travel industry; we have both English and French-speaking staff who welcome your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We also have a desk at the airport that is manned by our fantastic team. They are ready to greet you from your flight as well as manage arrangements for alternative transfers caused by any flight cancellations or delays.

We hold a French International Operators Licence issued by the DDE. Licence number 2009/82/0000480.
Our Drivers
Our drivers complete an intense training programme and offer a wealth of local knowledge. In addition to this, all of our drivers have to follow rigorous checks, training runs, and tests before joining our team.Supporting the drivers, we have Resort Managers, who are there to assist each of them on a daily basis. They ensure that the transfers run as smoothly as possible and work alongside our Fleet Manager, allowing our quality and service to be second to none.
Our Fleet
Every single year we update half of our fleet to ensure that the latest model is on the road, ready to transfer you safely to your resort.We have a variety of vehicles to cater to all different group sizes and transfer requirements.
Brand New 8-Seater Renault Trafics make up the majority of our fleet in 2018/19. These offer optimal comfort and mean fewer drop-offs en route, allowing you to get to resort safely and efficiently.
We can also provide trailers for those bringing excess luggage with them or bulky items, such as bikes or snowboards.
Vehicle Management
ChamExpress takes the safety of its passengers and drivers very seriously, which is why we have a network of checks in place to ensure vehicles are kept and maintained in paramount condition.We have a dedicated fleet team whose primary role is to make sure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, plus we conduct regular checks which consist of the following -
- Daily, full-vehicle inspections before shifts.
- Timely MOT (Control Technique) on all vehicles
- Regular Interval maintenance based on kilometres travelled.
